New cinema room and quiet study area coming soon
During summer 2025, we are undertaking some reconfiguration of the communal spaces at Havannah House to create a new Cinema Room and Quiet Study area with 'tea station'.
Project Start Date: 21st July 2025
Project Completion: 20th August 2025
Access to the gym and laundry will remain throughout the project.
Access to study space
We recognise that study space is particularly important to our residents, and we are pleased to offer this in vacant rooms at Havannah House during the project period. We would also welcome students to use the facilities at our new site, Cullen House in Bath Street. Not only will the student be amongst the first to use these amazing facilities, the students will be able to choose from a selection of study areas, whether for group or private use. Please ask at the reception desk if you would like to use the Cullen House opportunity or require access to a vacant room. Access to vacant rooms is subject to availability.
